On the eve of the nationwide tax day Tea Parties, Barack Obama’s DHS has issued a “rightwing” threat assessment to warn of the “current economic and political climate fueling resurgence in radicalization and recruitment” for “rightwing extremism.” Who are these extremists? According to the report, adherants are primarily “hate-oriented” or “antigovernment” but also include “individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.”
