February Arizona HOMESCHOOL Heartbeat February 22, 2010 FEATURED ITEMS
Dear Homeschooling Friends,
Aren’t the Olympics awe-inspiring?
The stories of the struggles and comebacks and even the losses remind me of the tremendous amount of dedication and commitment that is involved in preparing for this event. It is similar in some ways to homeschooling your children as you:
- dedicate yourselves to finding the materials that will work best for them,
- provide them with the most suitable environment for the full development and expression of their gifts,
- and even push them to excel when they don’t think they can give any more.
I have collected some articles that will be useful as you are training your “Home Schoolympians” for their moments of glory as you nurture them to become the adults they are meant to be. (That sounds like an article I will need to write next.)
If you have questions or topics on which you would like me to write, please contact me with your ideas. You may Email or call me at 602-942-7296.
