Petition for Redress of Grievances

American Citizens!

I am reminded of Thomas Jefferson’s words in the Declaration of Independence

To summarize this great document, we as citizens of a nation created as a republic of the people, by the people and for the people, have the right and obligation to keep tabs on our government.  We are given the privilege of holding them accountable to us, for whom they work and are to represent.  When the government is not abiding by the wishes of the public, we have a process for bringing them back into alignment.

The first step is a Petition for Redress of Grievances, which is in part what the Declaration of Independence was.  Some of our faithful citizens have crafted such a document to present to the United States President, Congress, Senate and Judiciary.  You are encouraged to visit this site, sign the petition, and pass it along to your friends.
