What happens to homeschoolers after they graduate from High School? The Phoenix Homeschooling Examiner wants to collect your stories!  Here, Julianne Forte completes her story about her journey as a homeschooled student and her beginning college years. She is currently attending Grand Canyon University as a transfer student on a full-ride scholarship.

Phoenix Homeschooling Examiner (PHE): Typically, transfer students aren’t able to get the full-ride
scholarships. How did that work for you?

* Haha, I don’t know. It just happened. It’s been weird because the more I talk with the school, the more I’m seeing that my specific situation is kind of unique and strange.

* Most music majors know they want to study music from day one. I didn’t.

* To be honest, the response from the audition was my real decision to become a music major. I’m still kind of weirded out by the fact that it happened the way it did, but it’s cool.
