Diane Hallett is a homeschooling mom of seven who has a big heart for homeschoolers and a big vision for helping families gain depth in their primary relationships–with God and with each other. With an extensive background in modeling, acting, speaking, teaching and running her own successful business, Diane is inspired to offer to homeschool students a slice of the wisdom and life skills she has gained.
Beginning in September 2010, Headmistress Hallett opened several courses for homeschoolers, which she has named Standards of Excellence Cotillion. The courses teach various social graces to students from six to 18, and include nine once-a-month classes, two Father-Daughter/ Mother-Son balls and one five-course formal dinner.
Diane agreed to an interview with this Examiner to give a deeper look at her life-experiences, which have shaped her into the person she is today.
