There is another Teacher Appreciation day on August 14 for most cities across the US, including Phoenix, AZ. I just talked to an employee at Office Max in Phoenix who told me to be sure to come in on August 9 for teacher Appreciation Day.
Summer is a great time of year for teachers, homeschoolers and parents! Not only do you generally have a change of pace from the regular school routine, but many great sales come up during the weeks prior to getting back to the school routine. Now is a great time to start looking for fantastic buys on school supplies. Target, Wal-Mart, Office Max, Staples and even drug stores start putting items on sale in mid-July and continuing through mid-August.
Also, Teacher Appreciation Days abound, giving more opportunities for getting FREE stuff and wonderful bargains.
